Question: I was wondering about dreams! I've always thought they were times when we travel out of our bodies and do other stuff in the astral. I've had dreams that were so real! Once I dreamed of being on a stage singing and when I woke up.......I swear......my physical body felt as though I had just been singing my heart out. I could feel it in my throat. And also wondering about beings in our dreams......as a pre-teen I had a constant dream of who I called ,„the white lady“........she was all white......kinda scary and just watched me. I would dream of her outside on the sidewalk under the streetlight watching my room.......Id look out the window in my dream and there she was! Id dream she was next to my bed and wake up frozen …to scared to roll over in case she was there. In the back yard..........just watching. Very strange! So I was just wondering what they are all about!

Dream-states, previously as experiences you have had, are ‘mind states'.
See – the mind does not rest/sleep – this ‘mind state' is an alternate mind manifested illusion, within which the mind ‘plays' with concept/ideas – trying/attempting to understand itself, without you being an ‘active' ‘conscious' participant while you are ‘awake'. Where the mind directs itself while you ‘sleep' though you'll experience yourself in/as the dream – because the mind is of you.
When you are ‘awake' – you ‘use' the mind – the ‘mind' needing you as you ‘need' the mind as the mind have become you.
Yet – while you're asleep – your mind will ‘submerge' into an alternate mind manifested illusion and try/attempt to understand/comprehend certain subconscious/unconscious experiences you've had during the day which you yourself were not ‘conscious' of – but your mind was.
Have a look – previously dreams were confusing, made no sense, leaving you experiencing yourself being ‘befuddled' in some way – the dreams indicative of the mind's experience within this reality.
Dreams previously reflected the ‘true state' of the mind's ‘relationship' within the being who ‘powers' its existence.
Though – at the moment – ‘dreams' have become particular in nature – they have been directed/transformed to support/assist human beings within their processes – and not the other way around where the mind is trying to figure itself out/understand itself.
So – if you have any interesting dreams – let us know – write them down the morning when you ‘remember' them, write also your own observations of the dreams you have had and post them – then we'll be able to assist/support with perspective if necessary.

‘Out of Body Travel' – was also but an illusionary alternate existence manifested within and as the mind consciousness system of human beings – a ‘different' mind state – whether in this world of the mind reality or in the dream world of the mind reality as but another ‘shift' of the mind to an alternate mind manifested illusionary existence. No humans on earth were allowed in the dimensions – Jack did do a video on this – thus confirming that Astral Travel or Astral Projection is but al alternate mind state illusion, created within and as the mind consciousness system to have human beings ‘believe' that they're in the dimensions – when they're in fact still within and as their own mind consciousness sytem.

See – the mind consciousness system exist within and as your entire human physical body – all of your human physical body. You experience yourself in a mind state when you're awake and when you're asleep – all that ‘change' is the ‘reality'. In the one reality – you're awake, an ‘active participant' though when you're asleep – the mind directs ‘itself' without you being an ‘active participant', though you will experience what the mind experience as the mind is of you – as I have mentioned.
Have you seen the Matrix – where Neo was ‘plugged into' the Jump Program and he fell off the building onto the ground – when he ‘returned', being ‘plugged out' – Neo feels his mouth and there's blood and he turns to Morpheus and he asks: “I thought it wasn't real?” and Morpheus replies: “The mind makes it real” and ‘The body cannot live without the mind.'
In terms of the words “the body cannot live without the mind' – is a statement of when your mind consciousness system and body is as one – if your mind suddenly ‘shuts down' – the body will ‘die' – because your body has become of the mind consciousness system – that's why silencing the mind is a process – so that you may exist within and as oneness of the human physical body as life. Have you seen the movie ‘Shine'? This is what happens when the mind is silenced in one moment without you being prepared and understanding what's happening – and therefore – also the body not being prepared as you – therefore – silencing the mind is a process – done with awareness – where life will be born from the physical as you as one with your human physical body – no mind consciousness system of separation existing within you.
This is the exact same situation with regards to the ‘realism' of dreams that you experience within and as your human physical body – within both ‘realities' your mind is ‘active' – in the one, your ‘plugged into' the mind, when you're ‘awake' – in the other you're not ‘plugged' in – though the mind still exist within and as your human physical body as you – and thus will experience what the mind experiences.
Thus – when you dream – you must become as ‘Neo' in the matrix – ‘awake' within both realities – whether you're ‘plugged in' or not – realising that you must direct you with awareness when you dream – and that you're actually able to direct your dreams – in other words – direct the mind instead of being the slave to it where it directs you when you're asleep.

She tried/attempted to communicate with you – she was a demon – lost – nowhere to go with no answers and didn't have the ability to communicate with you as the White Light controlled all interdimensional communication. She didn't know how to ‘initiate' communication – she ‘hoped' you'd be able to ‘open' a channel of communication – but because of the fear that existed within you – she wasn't able to.
She died in 1492 – and was ever since then ‘searching' for the ‘soul' of her daughter. So – the reason why she was watching you was that she was observing all of you – all that you were previously – going through all your lives to see if you might be her daughter that returned to earth because she couldn't find her daughter anywhere where she was experiencing herself. And while she was observing you – she was observing everyone else in your world – for the possibility that one of the people in your world might be her daughter.
See – demons during this period were ‘lost' within a single mind thought construct – hers was the loss of her daughter and the search of her daughter. And this is all that existed within and as her – so she was ‘lost' as a demon in search for her daughter since 1492.
She couldn't remember what happened or her life – all she ‘knew' was that she has a daughter that she lost and she must find her daughter.
This was the situation within the dimensions before the dimensions was ‘cleaned up' and we shut down the demon dimension – to have all beings realise themselves of oneness and equality.
