I first came across the Desteni Material in October 2007. The first video's I watched were Kurt Cobain coming through the portal. Before discovering Desteni, I was researching everything I could think of. After discovering Desteni, my main priority became going through all the material. I'm interested in Heaven on Earth. Ive planted close to a million trees in Canada. I like to share jokes and laughs. I'm eager to learn. I see everyone as a teacher and a student. I am a ski and snowboard Instructor. I like to play golf. Ive been participating in the Desteni I process since september 2011. I like to investigate words. The first word that really grabbed my attention that was broken down and words within were exposed to me, was the word, "AWESOME" as AWE-SO-ME. Life is Awesome and you is me.

I Love Smoking

Thinking Thoughts Addiction and the Energy Fluctuation

Anger Reaction to Self-Realisations

So this evening I was reflecting upon my past participations and looking at the point that came up in wriitng the other day of lack of self-acceptance....this lack of self-acceptance I correlate with seeing how I've been less effective than I am capable and able. Writing a point out into Completion and Release

Many times ive begun writing out a point or points and I only went part way with facing the point. Earthing Self Expression

Today is always an awesome present/presence because I am Here. Every Today, I have the oppurtunity to realise things about myself that i hadnt considered and I am able to expand myself Expression. Fear of Seeing the Doctor

I hadn't been to see the doctor in 8 years. I had an appointment to see the doctor today. This morning i was a lil bit nervous about seeing the doctor. It's like I accepted and allowed thoughts of judgement within myself that perpetuated this nervousness. I knew this was ridiculous. Facing Fear is Like Using the Toilet

You know when you really got to use the toilet,...like really gotta go,..like you cannot hold onto your bowels any longer...like...you gotta get to a toilet to release the imense pressure that has been building and compounding in you to the point you feel like you're gonna piss or shit yourself?

Fear of Fucking up my SRA Assignment
