I have been using the Desteni suggested tools: writing to freedom, self forgiveness and self honesty since 2007. It is an amazing process to take self mastery over our accepted and allowed emotions and feelings. It starts with baby steps one breath at a time and I am seeing it continues though out our life as we learn to live and walk a life that supports dignity and equality for all.

Meditation - Supressing Life.
