I forgive myself that I have allowed myself to believe that self control is dependant on a specific resource of the brain.

I forgive myself that I have allowed myself to believe that self control can diminish.

I forgive myself that I have allowed myself to separate myself from self control.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to accept myself as self control.

I forgive myself that I have allowed myself to believe that I am able to ‘fail to control myself' in the face of temptation.

I forgive myself that I have allowed temptation to control me and have power over me and power of me.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to realise that in ‘restraining' impulses of temptation – I am creating a resistance to temptation and because of the creation of resistance: That which I resist will persist – and thus the temptation actually persist when I restrain and will ‘give into' the temptation.

I forgive myself that I have allowed myself to believe that I have no power and no control in the face of temptation and all my power and control is dependant on the brain.

I forgive myself that I have allowed myself to separate myself from the brain.

I forgive myself that I have allowed myself to believe that failure actually exists.

I forgive myself that I have allowed myself to believe that lack actually exists.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to realise that lack and failure only exist of the mind – I do not accept and allow lack and failure – this is not who I am.

I forgive myself that I have allowed myself to believe that I have limited resources to control myself.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to realise that the limitation of resources only exist of the mind – I am infinitely stable and constant – I do not accept and allow limitation within me.

I forgive myself that I have allowed myself to believe that I am subject to limitation.

I forgive myself that I have allowed myself to believe that limitation actually exists.

I forgive myself that I have allowed myself to actually believe that I am able to run out of resources.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to realise that only the mind is able to run out of resources – life is the infinite expression of who I am within and as oneness and equality.

I forgive myself that I have allowed myself to believe and take into consideration what scientists have to say because they are apparently more smarter and clever more intellectual – scientists who are the mechanics of the mind – they are of the mind.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to realise that scientist are actually showing me the limitations of the mind and not supporting and assisting me as life within and as oneness and equality as who I am.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to realise that scientists are also of the mind – and that I have allowed myself to be blinded by the belief that they are intellectual, wise, clever and smart because of the knowledge and information they have acquired – and thus must believe every word they say.

I forgive myself that I have allowed myself to believe that when my brain's resources run out – my self control ability is able to diminish.

I forgive myself that I have allowed myself to believe that I am only able to focus on one thing at a time – and when I do – I am not able to focus on another – because the resources in my brain has apparently run out.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to realise that scientist on earth are the mechanics of the mind – the manifestations of mind consciousness systems as the minds' attempt to understand and comprehend itself. I am life of oneness and equality – I am understanding – to ‘have to understand something' is a statement of stupidity of the mind – I am not the mind and I am not stupid – I am understanding of life within and as oneness and equality and I do not need or require knowledge and information of this world of minds to tell me who I am.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to realise that only the mind is able to deplete its own resources. Life as who I am is not able to deplete. I do not accept depletion and I do not allow depletion.

I forgive myself that I have allowed myself to believe that if I do one thing I cannot do another as efficient and sufficient because of the apparent depletion of the resources in the mind for self control.

I forgive myself that I have allowed myself to be entranced by the knowledge and information of the o' so wise scientist.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to realise that in separating myself from the scientist – they seem more than me because of their vast amount of knowledge and information of the mind. I live knowledge and information as who I am as life as the living word.

I forgive myself that I have allowed myself to define self control separate from me.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to live and apply self control in every moment.

I am my directive principle – not the brain.

I am my directive principle – not the mind.

I forgive myself that I have allowed myself to almost believe the knowledge and information of the actual depletion and running out of resources with the statement: that makes sense – now I know and do nothing about it but believe that: Okay, this is how it is and that's it – very interesting though.

I forgive myself that I have allowed myself to be easily manipulated by knowledge and information of the mind.

I forgive myself that I have allowed myself to blindly believe the knowledge and information of the mind – instead of the living words as one with me as who I am of life within and as oneness and equality.

I am sound.

I am silence.

I am here.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to realise that in merely changing my behaviour – is changing another perception of the mind. I am not behaviour – I am the expression of life within and as oneness and equality which I live and express in every moment of me.

I forgive myself that I have allowed myself to believe that in suppressing emotions and feelings: I am strong and I have courage.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to realise that I am the ‘inner workings' of the brain and I am not subject to the brain unless I accept and allow it within me.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to realise that this entire ‘experiment' / investigation is an example of the mind consciousness system in control of the mind/brain.

I forgive myself that I have allowed myself to be inferior to scientists.

I forgive myself that I have allowed myself to believe and think I am inferior to the brain.

I forgive myself that I have allowed myself to think and believe I am inferior to the mind.

I forgive myself that I have allowed myself to think and believe I am inferior and less than knowledge and information separate from me.

I forgive myself that I have allowed myself to think and believe I am less than and inferior to thoughts, feelings and emotions.

I forgive myself that I have allowed others, such as scientists to tell me and show me what I am and how I am instead of me standing alone as who I am.

I forgive myself that I have allowed the mind, brain, thoughts, feelings and emotions to tell me who and what I am instead of me living words as one as me as who I am as life within and as oneness and equality.

I forgive myself that I have allowed myself to be directed by the mind, brain, thoughts, feelings and emotions instead of me applying, living and expression self direction in the silence that is me in every moment of every breath.

I forgive myself that I have allowed myself to be directed by the polarity equations of the mind as: strength and weakness and failure and success.

I forgive myself that I have allowed myself to believe that I am able to ‘temporarily' ‘lose' control.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to realise that when I ‘lose control' and ‘give into' the impulsions of temptations – I have allowed myself to go ‘back into the mind' and that I as who I am was not here, aware, in and as the moment.

I forgive myself that I have allowed myself to believe that I am able to ‘lose' anything even control.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to realise that when I ‘lose' something or apparently think and believe that I have ‘lost' something – I have not lived within and as oneness with that ‘something' I have or could apparently lose.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to realise that ‘lostness', ‘losing', ‘lost', ‘lose' only exist of the mind when I am in separation. I am one – therefore – it is impossible to lose anything because everything is here as who I am within and as oneness and equality: Proof – lostness is of the mind of separation.

I forgive myself that I have allowed myself to believe that I am able to actually ‘lack' abilities.

I forgive myself that I have allowed myself to believe that control is an act. Self control is the expression of me within and as oneness and equality of life.

I am source.

I forgive myself that I have allowed myself to believe that my actions are of the brain when actually it's of the mind consciousness system.

I forgive myself that I have allowed myself to blame the mind/brain for my actions – instead of me realising that I am accepting and allowing the mind/brain to direct and control me and thus I am individually responsible for my actions.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to take responsibility for myself when I realised that I have allowed myself to ‘fall' in the face of temptation.

I forgive myself that I have allowed myself to actually believe that I am able to fall.

I forgive myself that I have allowed ‘falling' to exist.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to realise that ‘falling' or ‘to fall' ‘means' that I have allowed myself to re-enter the realms of my mind instead of remaining here as every moment of every breath as who I am of life within and as oneness and equality.
